Terms of redemption

1. Vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store. A redemption by phone, letter, fax or e-mail is not possible.
2. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by us can be chosen to settle the difference.
3. A cash payment of vouchers or voucher credits is not possible.
4. The voucher is transferable.
5. The voucher is valid for a period of three years. After this period, redemption can no longer be guaranteed.
